Last year we added TSC members in February; so they should serve Feb 1 2025 -> Jan 31st (2 year period).
We're now saying that someone who starts their term in year N serves from Feb 1st N through to Jan 31 N+2; i.e. the 2026-2027 term starts Feb 1 2026 and finishes Jan 31st 2028. This was incorrectly written as Jan 31 N+1 in the table, so I've corrected it.
To resolve a 1 month deadzone in January 2026 where we'd only have 5 elected TSC + executive director, I've also extended the term for the 2024-2025 contingent (including myself) from Dec 31st 2025 to Jan 31st 2026. This aligns with the new dates.
